Return Policy
  1. Parts have a 90 Day Warranty. Shipping of warranty parts back to us is the responsibility of the customer and requires a return authorization number.
  2. Unused new NON-ELECTRICAL uninstalled parts are fully returnable up to 30 days of receipt of delivery. After the 30 days, no products are returnable.
  3. Damaged product(s) from shipping should be returned immediately when received. Prior to returning the products, customers need to email us for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
  4. The NON-ELECTRICAL products that are not damaged must be in good condition to receive full refund minus the shipping and 10% restocking fee. Prior to returning the products, customers need to email us for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
  5. Customers must pay freight for return of merchandise to Parts Depot Online, Inc. when there is no damage involved. Parts Depot Online, Inc. will pay freight for return of merchandise to customer when previous merchandise was damaged, and returned to Parts Depot Online, Inc. for replacement.
  6. In case of the order cancellation after merchandise was already shipped to the customer and it's still in transit, customer must pay all applicable freight charges and merchandise must be returned back to Parts Depot Online, Inc.
  7. Electrical parts can only be returned for exchange under warranty. NO other electrical part returns will be accepted.
Funds and Purchase Information
  • All prices are in US Dollars, only US dollars will be accepted for payment towards Products, Shipping, and Sales Tax.
  • To automate payment to Parts Depot Online, Inc.we offer Secure Transaction with the following companies Visa and Master Card.
  • Some people are not comfortable with Secure Transactions over the Internet. So we accept Check and Money Order Payment, but your check or Money Order must clear our Bank before we can make delivery to you. Note: Check and Money Order payments will delay orders for up to 15 days while your funds are verified with our Bank
  • Foreign payments in U.S. funds only.

Sale Tax Information
  • Parts Depot Online, Inc.collects 8.25% Sales Tax on products shipped within New York State.
  • Orders shipped outside of New York State will not be the subject to Sales Tax charge.

Shipping Policy

  • Days are defined by Parts Depot Online, Inc. as normal working business days not including weekends or holidays.
  • Packages are shipped on next day's business.
  • Parts Depot Online, Inc. reserves the right to use Priority Mail, 3-Day select, or equivalent for most parts at the discretion of Part Depot Online, Inc.
  • Parts Depot Online, Inc. reserves the right to use UPS Ground or equivalent for heavier parts at the discretion of Part Depot Online, Inc. at no extra charge. These part deliveries usually range from 2-5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to ship UPS GROUND for 2-4 day delivery service for items that are too large or heavy for the regular 2-4 day service.

Shipping Policy -all others

  • Parts Depot Online, Inc. reserves the right to substitute equivalant shipping methods. For example UPS Next Day is equivalent to USPS Express Mail.
Price Guarantee:
We will meet and beat any NEW identical item on the Internet (delivered price) on orders that have not been processed! This guarantee does not apply to processed and or shipped orders because pricing is constantly changing on the Internet, therefore it is the best price guarantee on the Internet at the time of the order. Just e-mail us with the part number, part description, competitor and price and Parts Depot Online, Inc. will make the final decision on price matching before an order is processed due to the fact some companies sell used parts as new. Part numbers or item numbers are for reference only. They do not indicate OEM parts or not. Typically the item numbers do correspond to OEM part numbers but to be sure if the part you are ordering is OEM or not please e-mail.
Quality:
Our appliance parts are equal to or better than OEM parts.
Packaging:
Many of our appliance parts are purchased in bulk quantities to obtain the lowest prices for our customers. Some parts are shipped in the original packaging and some are not. This is not an indicator of wether the parts are OEM or not.
